In Ostendis, you can create your own response templates to efficiently manage communication with applicants.
Response Templates
Go to “Company” > “Response Templates”. Here you can store as many templates as you like, which you can later use for application responses. By default, there are already sample templates for Acceptance, Patience, and Rejection, which you can customize or expand.
