With our employee referral feature, companies can actively involve their employees in the recruitment process. In the Ostendis CVdropper™, an additional field can be displayed where applicants can indicate who recommended the position to them. This information is directly stored in the candidate’s dossier, allowing companies to reward the corresponding employees for successful referrals or use them as references. This makes recruitment more personal, and companies receive qualified applications based on existing networks.
This is how the employee referral feature is set to active by default
In the company settings, the option is located at the very bottom. The slider under “Job Recommendation” must be moved to the right to display the field in CVdropper™ by default. The information about the recommenders is automatically stored in the dossier.
