With the mass rejection function, you can send rejections to multiple applicants simultaneously, making the process efficient.
How to Perform a Mass Rejection
Open the Job for which you want to send rejections.
Click on “Mass Action” and select the desired applications below for which you want to send a rejection – alternatively, you can use the mass selection function on the left side.
Click on “Respond” to open the mass rejection mask.
Now choose the type of response (in this case, rejection), select one of your response templates, and decide whether the rejection should be sent immediately or scheduled.
💡 Tip: Scheduled rejections help to ensure that applicants are only rejected after a defined period, thus ensuring respectful communication.
