If an applicant has submitted multiple applications, you can easily merge them so that all documents are completely gathered in one application.
To do this, open the desired job and click on the number in the circle next to the relevant person’s application. This will take you to the applicant overview, where all applications from this person are displayed.
Now, for the application that contains the attachments, hover your mouse over the icon with the two documents (do not click!). A gray bar with the text “Copy attachments to” will appear, and your mouse pointer will turn into a cross symbol with four arrows.
Now, drag this application with the mouse button held down onto the other application – as soon as it is highlighted in green, you can release the mouse button. The applications, including all attachments, will then be merged.
