If you receive applications by email or in paper form, you can easily transfer them to your applicant management system using the Ostendis Import Service.
How to Forward Applications to Ostendis
Forward the application by email forwarding to [email protected]. It’s important that the forwarding is done from an email address registered with Ostendis – this can be an account of the Professional or Free Edition. This allows the system to automatically recognize which company the application should be assigned to.
Requirements for the Ostendis Import Service
- Your company must have at least one active account in the Professional Edition.
- If you want to use a special import email address (e.g., [email protected]), you can create an additional Free account in Ostendis for this purpose.
- There is a cost of CHF 0.70 per converted application.
Set Up Automatic Forwarding (Tip!)
To make the process even more efficient, you can automatically forward all applications received in your application inbox to [email protected]. Caution: Make sure you set up a forwarding and not a redirection, otherwise the assignment will not work.
