There are three ways to reset or change your password – depending on whether you still know your current password, have forgotten it, or have never logged in before. We explain the options below:
Change Password Yourself (If You Know Your Current Password)
If you still know your current password, you can easily change it under Account > Password.
Forgot Password (If You Can No Longer Log In)
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly via the login screen. Click on ‘I forgot my password’ to receive an email with a link to reset it.
Set First Password (If You Have Never Logged In)
If you have never logged into Ostendis before, click on ‘I don’t have a password yet’ in the login screen to set your initial password.
If you continue to have problems, you can always contact Ostendis Support – they can manually reset your password.
