My MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is No Longer Working – What Can I Do?

If you have changed your mobile phone and the Microsoft Authenticator no longer works, you can restore access using the recovery codes that were displayed when you set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). These serve as a one-time emergency solution if you no longer have access to the authenticator.

Here's How to Proceed:

  • Go to odm.ostendis.com/odm/#!/2fa.
  • Log in with your username and password.
  • When the MFA query appears, select «I don’t have access to my mobile phone» or «Use recovery code».
  • Enter one of your saved recovery codes.
  • After successful login, you can reconfigure the Microsoft Authenticator on your new device under Account > MFA.

💡 Important:

The recovery codes were only displayed once when setting up MFA and cannot be retrieved again for security reasons. If you no longer have them, please contact Ostendis Customer Service at [email protected] – they will assist you in resetting your MFA.
