Completely delete company from Ostendis
If you want to permanently remove the account, you can delete it under “Account” > “Delete Account”. Attention: All stored data will be lost and cannot be recovered.
IMPORTANT: Before the last Professional account can be permanently deleted, all existing Free accounts must be deleted first.
Here's How to Proceed:
Go to “Company” > “Accounts”.
Delete all existing user accounts one by one.
As soon as the last account is deleted, the company will also be automatically removed from the system.
