Your signature and the placeholders in the response templates are based on the information stored in your Ostendis account. You can easily make changes yourself:
Adjust Personal Data
Go to Account >Manage Personal Details in the menu at the top.
Update the desired information there (e.g., name, position, email address, or location). The changes will be automatically applied to the signature and response templates.
How the Placeholder Function Works
Placeholders are used in the signature and response templates, which are automatically filled with your personal information from the Personal Details Management.
An example of a signature could look like this:
💡 Note: As soon as you change your data under Manage Personal Details, all placeholders in the signature and response templates will be updated accordingly – manual editing of the templates is not necessary. 🚀
