In Ostendis, you can control which email notifications you want to receive. To do this, go to Account >Settings and activate or deactivate the desired email notifications there.
Which Notifications Can I Activate?
Main Notifications:
- Receipt of an Ostendis CV → Receive an email when a new application is submitted through Ostendis.
- Forwarding of Applications → Get notified when an application is forwarded to you.
- Rating or Comment on an Application → Receive an email when a new comment or rating has been added to an application.
Ostendis Import Service Notifications:
- After Conversion → Notification when an application has been successfully converted by the Import Service.
- After Conversion by Another Account → Email notification when an application has been converted that was not initiated by you.
- Show Pending Conversions → Applications currently being processed are displayed in the inbox with a placeholder.
