This account is linked to a company and provides insight into applications specifically forwarded to it. It is well-suited for line managers who need to view and evaluate applications but not process them.Job management and admin rights are not included.

The Pro Edition unlocks the full functionality of Ostendis and is ideal for anyone posting jobs, managing applications, or controlling the recruitment process. It offers job management, bulk actions, response templates, multiposting, reporting, and the candidate pool for more efficient processing.

This account is billed according to the current pricing model. If a Pro account is switched to the Free version, no further charges will be incurred from the following day. When switching from the Free to the Pro Edition, 10 days are automatically charged in advance.
HR Access
HR access determines whether an account can view and process all jobs and applications in the system. This setting is only relevant for a Pro account: If HR access is active, all jobs and applications can be accessed. Without HR access, access is only possible if permissions are explicitly granted for individual jobs.

Company Administrator
The Company Admin has extended administrative rights and can manage contract documents, invoices, and account permissions. This role is important for those who manage Ostendis within the company and administer user accounts.

💡 Recommendation:
To make optimal use of Ostendis, at least one account in the company should have all three permissions (Pro Edition + HR Access + Company Admin). This ensures that all functions can be used efficiently.
