Can I Create Additional Ostendis Accounts for My Company Myself?

Yes, you can add more Ostendis accounts for your company at any time – for example, for new employees so they can start working directly from day one. Managing new accounts is easily done through the administrator account.

Here's How to Proceed:

  1. Log in to Ostendis with your company administrator account.
  2. In the menu, go to “Company” > “Accounts”.
  3. There, you can create a new account and manage it directly.

Once the account has been created, the new account holder will receive an email with an initial password. For security reasons, this password must be changed upon first login.
