Who is the Account Switcher for?
All owners of multiple Ostendis accounts can use the new Account Switcher. It allows you to switch between your accounts with just one click, without having to log in again, saving you valuable time.
How do I activate the Account Switcher?
To activate the Account Switcher, send an email to our helpdesk ([email protected]) with the following details:
- Main account (Account ID)
- Secondary accounts (Account IDs)
You can find your Account ID at the top right in Ostendis.
