With the new design, we are gradually revealing what has already changed technologically behind the scenes. By 2025, we will have completely renewed our foundation – a step that was necessary to make Ostendis more dynamic, stable, and faster in the long term.
Why? Because the market is changing. Demands are increasing. Processes are becoming more complex. And we don’t just want to keep up, but to react proactively – so that you, as a customer, directly benefit from it.
In your daily work, almost everything remains as usual. Your workflows will continue to function the same way – just brighter, clearer, and even more intuitive.
Below, we show you which areas have been visually redesigned, where individual settings are now located, and why these adjustments will make your workflow even more pleasant.
What stays and what's new
The most important information first
Nothing changes in your daily work with Ostendis.
You will still find your jobs and applications in the usual place, comment, rate, move, or communicate as before. Processes, workflows, and functions also remain unchanged in this version. So you can continue working as normal.
New: Ostendis Dashboard
Ostendis now offers a clear dashboard. To start with, we are deliberately keeping it lean – and will expand it step by step with further elements.
Why are we starting minimalist? It’s simple: we want to develop the dashboard together with you and only include functions that really help you in your daily work. That’s why we will continuously expand it based on your feedback.

New: Multiposting Reporting
Ostendis now also offers clear reporting on your publications. See at a glance where your jobs are published, which channels they are currently running on, and which publications are expiring soon and should be extended if necessary.

Overview
The new Ostendis structure
In the previous version of Ostendis, all settings and pages were accessed via top navigation with dropdowns. With the new design, we have reimagined the navigation – for a clearer structure and easier operation.
Your familiar quick access to the Inbox, to Jobs & Applications, to the Talent Pool, and to Reporting remains in its usual place. Your daily workflow therefore stays exactly as you know it.
What has changed most is the placement of some settings pages and subpages.
The central settings areas are now located at the top right via your profile area. From there, you can go directly to My Account, Company, and Multiposting.
The corresponding submenu items now appear on the left in the side navigation. This allows you to see all available areas at a glance and switch faster between individual settings – without having to open a dropdown every time.

All settings can now be accessed centrally via your profile area in the top right.
In the dropdown, you will find the Account, Company areas, and now also the settings for Multiposting – clearly bundled in one place.
The submenu items that were previously hidden in individual dropdowns are now grouped in the left-hand side navigation. Instead of first opening a dropdown and searching for the right area, you now see all available settings at a glance – clearly structured and directly accessible.
Trash
One small change we’d like to briefly highlight:
You can now find the Trash under “Jobs & Applications”, and there in the left-hand navigation under “Trash”.
Important Notifications & Support
Our important notifications and contact for our support can still be found directly at the top via the corresponding icons. However, the information is now displayed in a side panel.
In the support window, you will now find everything in one place: our popular AI chat, an FAQ with the most common questions, and all contact options for our support – clearly bundled and easy to understand.
