Where can I find the new reporting?
You can find the “Applicant statistics per publication site” report under the “Reporting” tab in the
“E-Recruiting” section.
Report → Applications by publication site
In this section, you can see at a glance which channels your applications are coming through.
The display shows you not only the total number but also the distribution by rating categories.
This allows you to quickly identify which platforms deliver not just many, but also qualitatively suitable applications.
Report → Ratings by publication site
The combined chart and table view helps you better understand the quality of your applications per publication site. You can see exactly how A, B, and C applications as well as unrated dossiers are distributed per channel. This allows you to make more informed decisions about which platforms are truly worth it for you.
Report → Applications per job by publication site
In the lower section, you can see how many applications individual jobs have received via the respective publication sites. This allows you to see at a glance which positions are performing particularly well on which platforms and where there is potential for optimization.
Report → Applications with job selection
Using the “Applications with job selection” function, you can specifically select individual or multiple jobs and compare their applicant statistics. This allows you to analyze even more precisely which publication sites work particularly well for certain positions.
