With the Ostendis Job Publisher, you can publish the jobs you have created in Ostendis directly on your company website. Open jobs are automatically transferred from Ostendis – you don’t have to enter them twice.
Integrating the Job Publisher
For publishing to work, a one-time technical integration on your website is required. This task should be carried out or initiated by the person responsible for the website.
For this purpose, the individual source code snippet is inserted into the website at the point where open jobs were previously listed. The publisher must be embedded in the website code once.
The source code snippet and instructions for customizing the design can be copied under «Company → Settings». The instructions can be easily forwarded to the responsible person to implement this step.
The display depends on the company’s settings. The design of the publisher can be customized individually – for example, with images. All basic settings for the Job Publisher can be defined under “Multiposting → JobPublisher”.
Once publishing has been set up on the company website, it can be enabled for a newly created or an existing job under «Job ad & Publishing» (see the last item «Enable publishing on your own website»).
Create additional publishing locations (e.g., for multiple companies or areas)
If your company uses multiple firms, brands, or filters, you can create a separate publication site for each area.

After creating a new publishing location, a separate code snippet is generated automatically. Your IT team can embed this snippet on the relevant website or subpage. When publishing a job, you can then choose exactly which publishing location the job should appear on.
How to create a new publishing location
So the person responsible for the website can embed the correct snippet, you first need to create a new publishing location.
After it’s created, the new publishing location automatically appears in the dropdown menu under «Publishing location»:
Job Publisher for multiple languages
If your website has multiple language versions (e.g., DE / FR / EN), a separate snippet can be embedded on each language page.
Enable publishing on your own website
Once the code snippet has been set up on the company website, you can store and enable publishing under «Job ad & Publishing».
