For each job, it can be determined whether and which acknowledgment letter should be sent. For this purpose, a previously created and customized response template can be selected under the ‘Company’ tab.
The dispatch is made in the name of the responsible person, even if the impersonal setting was chosen (e.g., [email protected], where the responsible person is not publicly displayed).
