All Company Settings & Multiposting
Company Settings
Top right, click your profile picture and you’ll be in the company settings under “Company → Settings”. This is where you set up everything that defines your company in the system: language, business hours, communication with applicants, data protection, and security. We’ll explain what each of these means step by step in the rest of this document.
Basic Settings
In this section, you define your company’s basic settings. From the standard language and business hours to how applicants are addressed and automatic processes like sending acknowledgment letters or data cleansing, you can configure everything here according to your needs.
Data Protection
Who can see what, and how must they log in? This is exactly what you regulate here. You determine how applications may be shared and forwarded, and whether multi-factor authentication applies to all, individual accounts, or not at all.
Status Flags
In this section, custom status flags can be individually created, named, and renamed at any time if required.
Global Font Settings
Font type, font size, font color. Everything that makes your response templates and standard documents look consistent is set here.
And another tip for the company signature: Use the placeholders you find directly next to it. This way, the signature automatically adapts to the person currently working in the system. A small detail with a big impact.
Multiposting
Top right, click your profile picture and you’re there. Under “Multiposting” you’ll find everything you need to publish your job ads and manage your integrations. We’ll explain exactly what to expect there in the rest of this document.
Interfaces
Under “Integrations” you connect Ostendis with the job boards of your choice so your job ads can go live on multiple platforms at the same time with a single click.
What you need for this: the login details for the respective job board—ID, quota, API client, and so on. You’ll receive these directly from the provider and store them once in the multiposting settings. You’ll also share the connector URL with the respective provider once.
Whether an integration is technically available and what it costs is best clarified directly with the relevant job board. They’ll be happy to help you.
Once everything is set up, the platform will be available as a publishing option and can be selected directly when posting job ads.
Custom Publication Locations
You post a job on LinkedIn, share the link on YouTube, and later want to know which channel performed best? That’s exactly what custom publishing locations are for. You create individual links for each channel and can see at a glance in reporting where your applicants really come from.

Ostendis CVdropper™ Settings
CVdropper™ is Ostendis’ simple application form, and it does exactly what a good form should do: it’s simple, clear, and doesn’t hold applicants up unnecessarily.
You decide what you enter here, which fields are required, what the form looks like on your careers page, and how it fits into your recruitment process. You’ll find the most important settings in the image below.

The link to the privacy policy must be inserted into the designated field at the very end of the CVdropper™ settings.
The link in the CVdropper™ ensures that the privacy policy is easily accessible, which is a legal requirement.
